Ancillary tooling is required at several different stages throughout the investment casting process, in the form of cmm nests, wax & core reformers, cut off fixtures, grinding fixtures, feed removal fixtures to name but a few.

JscottDesign supply all types of the ancillary tooling required at these different stages which can be manufactured from a variety of materials including aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass, nylon, resin board and MDF. Using standard parts where possible gives the option to replace worn or damaged components easily and quickly.
