JscottDesign manufacture both aluminium & steel tooling, all machined to tolerance’s of +/- 0.025mm.

Aluminium tools can be manufactured from a choice of 6082 or 7075 grades, with options of hard anodising on tools that are subject to high shot cycles or subject to abrasive materials in the form of ceramic used to produce ceramic cores. Steel tooling can be hardened and ground dependant upon die specification and in a choice of tool steels. Single or multi cavity dies can be produced with options of manual or pneumatic ejection systems as well as water cooling.
