CNC Machining

JscottDesign run Hurco machining centres which have all been purchased from new over the last 4 years, these include VMX42mi(2014), VMX42m(2013), VMX50m(2012), VMX30m(2011).

All machines have been upgraded with Hurco’s ultimotion software which reduces and smooths out machining cycles. In early 2016 we added an XYZ Proturn SLX1630 to our CNC machining facility, as well as well as introducing a new XYZ 1020 surface grinder and an XYZ 1500 turret mill. Other facilities include spark erosion, and wax injection to prove tooling.
